Where We Ship

Wild Heart Supplements ships our full range of Alchemy Naturals products to most U.S. states. Because hemp and CBD laws vary by state — and continue to change — we restrict or limit sales to a small number of states where local law is stricter than federal hemp law.

We are currently unable to ship to:

  • Idaho (state law requires zero detectable THC in any hemp product)

We ship with limits or additional requirements to:

  • Louisiana (THC capped at 5mg per serving / 40mg per package — check product labels before ordering)
  • Texas (21+ purchase requirement)
  • Kansas (21+ purchase requirement effective mid-2026)
  • California (non-inhalable products only — oils, edibles, topicals ship freely; smokable/inhalable hemp products do not)

This list reflects our understanding of current state law and is reviewed regularly, but state rules change quickly. If you're unsure whether a product is legal to receive in your state, we recommend checking your state's current hemp/CBD regulations before ordering.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years or older to purchase from Wild Heart Supplements, regardless of your state's local age minimum. We reserve the right to request age verification and to cancel orders that don't meet this requirement.

THC Compliance

All Alchemy Naturals products sold on this site contain hemp-derived CBD in compliance with the 0.3% Delta-9 THC (by dry weight) threshold set by the 2018 Farm Bill. Some products contain minor, non-intoxicating amounts of THC as part of a full-spectrum formula — exact cannabinoid content, including THC per serving, is listed on each product page and in the linked Certificate of Analysis (COA).

If you are subject to workplace drug testing, we recommend choosing a broad-spectrum or THC-free product, as full-spectrum products may contain trace THC.

International Orders

At this time, Wild Heart Supplements ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, including to the UK, EU, Canada, or Australia, due to differing cannabinoid import and food regulations in those markets.
